Tamil Nadu

  • A total of 22 species of AMF are reported from Tamil Nadu which belong to 10 genera. Commonly reported species are:
    1. Glomus microcarpum
    2. Glomus aggregatum
    3. Acaulospora elegans
    4. Acaulospora scrobiculata
    5. Claroideoglomus etunicatum
    6. Funneliformis geosporum
    7. Funneliformis mosseae
